Our CNC punching capabilities

Our Amada AE 2510NT CNC Turret Punch Press can punch sheet materials up to a size of 4m x 1.27m and thicknesses between 0.5 mm – 6 mm.

With a positioning accuracy of ± 0.1mm and a press capacity of 200 kn, it can easily handle a variety of materials including:

What is CNC punching?

CNC (computer numerically controlled) punching is a popular manufacturing technique which involves punching holes into different types of sheet metal.

A machine, known as a CNC punch press, is programmed to move the metal in an x and y direction. Once the material is accurately positioned, the machine’s punching ram then punches a hole or form into the metal to create the desired part.
